The SITUATION

A commercial specialty contractor in Denver with over 150 employees needed a better management structure to accommodate its growing team. The owner, who had never served as CEO before, had stepped into the role of president and CEO, which was a significant leap for someone with a background specialized in trade. The leadership program spanned 12 months, including individual and group coaching sessions and quarterly workshops.
