Shohreh is an amazing leader and coach.  During the time I worked with her I was able to see a different style of leadership, her style.  She embraces servant leadership as she takes away any barriers for her team and truly works for them.  She is able to sit down with a person and really bring forth their spirituality and whole being to help them achieve their goals at work and at home.  We have had many conversations where she is really a guide to help me self discover what it is I need to do in ever situation.  I still seek advice from her and have put into practice the tools she has taught me to be a better leader and a better person to be able to communicate with others and truly listen to what they are saying.  She has really made an impact on my life.

Shohreh is an incredible coach, mentor, and leader.  Without her coaching techniques, our external sales team would not have been able to achieve the level of success that we achieved in the eight months that followed after she became our Director of Retail and External Sales.  Shohreh exponentially changed the landscape of our business and the coaching techniques that she instilled in myself, our team, and even our contractors had a tremendous impact on how we performed.  In my eighth month with her as my leader, we had set the all-time sales record at 113% to plan in my distribution channel and it was because of her coaching that helped me look at things differently within my sales channel.  Shohreh has truly had an impact on my life!
